Dr. Janine completed the Sports Science Residency Program through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (RCCSS), a rigorous four-year fellowship. 

Whether you are an elite athlete, training for your first 5k or anything in between, Dr. Janine can help you heal and prevent injuries with her integrated approach that includes in-office treatment to address the affected area(s) and training / technique modifications so that you continue making regular progress on your own. What to expect on your visit

Dr. Janine’s treatment methods are predicated on the specific needs of the patient. When you visit Dr. Janine, she’ll perform a holistic functional and orthopedic exam not just limited to the injury or site of pain.  Her initial consultations  allow her to dig deeper into the underlying causes. Once she completes a thorough history and  physical exam, Dr. Janine will discuss  a diagnosis and contributing factors along with a comprehensive plan of management. She’ll assess how to optimize the healing process, by considering your entire lifestyle, training habits and technique.  Although people commonly associate chiropractors with adjustments (or “back cracking”), adjustments are NOT  for every person or for every condition. Your needs and  wants, together with what the injury requires, will help Dr. Janine determine the course of treatment, which may include therapeutic exercises, nutritional and dietary recommendations, lifestyle counseling and other non-invasive therapies.
